This training is for the direct and specific needs of companies. Therefore it should be custom made for the company. Most of these training courses shall be offered on the shop floor of the foundry, however in cases where the need is similar to a number of companies it could also be offered at a mutually agreed location. A practical session will follow each theoretical session and will be carried out in the company’s foundry.
Achieved to date
Fifty one (51) workers have been trained. The companies that requested this training are Zealous (19) and McWade (19) and 13 were trained in a group represented by a number of companies.
Planned activities for 2011/12
One hundred (100) workers have been targeted this FY, represented by twelve (12) companies.
