“Energy Efficiency and Recycling” Workshops were held in three provinces from 5 – 7 April. NFTN, SAIF and ESKOM initiated a foundry energy management project in November 2010; to build on this initiative these workshops in cooperation with the Institute of the German Foundry Institute IfG and UJ MCTS is intended to support activities to improve energy efficiency or recycling in SA foundries.
